No abuse, reverse-engineering, scraping, attacks, or unlawful use.
You may cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the paid period, then does not renew. Fees already paid and credits already consumed are non-refundable. Except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion, fees are non-refundable once paid.
The Vigilra platform and technology are owned by Utrip Inc. You retain rights to content you upload.
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness. Vigilra does not guarantee prediction or prevention of any lawsuit, freeze, or loss. You are responsible for decisions made based on the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utrip Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your breach or misuse.
Governed by the laws of the State of California, USA; disputes resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in California.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
