Vigilra is an information and technology service operated by Utrip Inc. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights. Vigilra provides informational and data reference services only — not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed.

2. Information We Collect

•Account: Email and login credentials.
•Usage & Query Data: Brand/product names, listing text you submit, and the reference results generated. We retain these to provide history features and improve our models.
•Uploaded Images: Used for immediate analysis only. We do not retain the original images; the original is discarded after analysis, and only the extracted text/results are kept.
•Payment: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your card numbers.
•Technical: IP address, browser type, essential cookies.
•(Future) Authorized Platform Data: If you opt in, we access your Amazon seller listing data with your authorization, for scanning.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the service, generate reference reports, maintain accounts, process payments, ensure security, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

Only with service providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting), when legally required, or to protect rights. We do not otherwise disclose your query data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, though no system is perfectly secure.

Query records are retained while your account is active; original images are not retained. You may request deletion.
